Is this you?

If you recognise yourself
in any of these, you are in the right place.

This is the terrain the Nothing Happened Method was built for. The clearest indicator is not a diagnosis or a history. It is the gap between understanding and relief.

About Dr. Andre

The work that reaches
where talking stops

I trained in PTSD treatment. The visible trauma, the event-based wound. And the longer I worked, the more clearly I could see what was sitting beside it: people whose wound had no event, no name, no moment to point to. Just a quiet, persistent shaping by what was never given. That population had insight. They had done the work. Nothing had quite reached them. I wanted to understand why, and what would.

Questions

If you're
not sure yet

The most common reason people don't reach out is the belief that they don't qualify, that what they've been carrying isn't enough, or isn't real. It is.

How do I know if this is the right kind of therapy for me?+
If you have a persistent sense that something has never quite settled, despite insight, despite trying, that is usually sufficient. The wound this method addresses formed not from dramatic events but from what was chronically absent. You do not need a story that holds up. The absence is enough. A first session or the Monthly Introduction is the clearest way to find out if this is the right fit.
I've been in therapy for years and tried everything. Why would this be different?+
Insight can name the wound. It cannot close it. This method works at the level where the wound actually lives: in the body, in the nervous system, in the parts that formed before language. Talking reaches the narrative. This reaches what the narrative cannot.
I'm high-functioning. I've built a good life. Does this still apply?+
High achievement and deep wounding are not opposites. Many people build a life precisely to stay ahead of what they haven't faced. If there's a ceiling you can't push through, or a gap between your outer life and your inner one, that is exactly what I work with.
Is the group safe, and will it feel exposing?+
Both are fair questions. The group is capped at 12, every application is reviewed individually, and the first two weeks focus entirely on building inner safety before anything deeper begins. Nothing is asked of you before the container is ready. Most people arrive expecting the group to be the hard part, and find that being witnessed by others who recognise the same wound without needing it explained is one of the most relieving experiences they have had. Being known in a room is not the same as being exposed in one. If you want to meet me before committing to anything, the Monthly Introduction is a free 30-minute virtual Q&A with Dr. Andre, a good place to start.
