These terms govern your use of this website and any programmes, courses, or services offered through it. By accessing this site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms. The content on this website, including articles, guides, course materials, and descriptions of therapeutic approaches, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological assessment, therapy, or medical advice.
Reading this website, accessing the free guide, or participating in the online course does not create a therapist–client relationship between you and Dr. Julia A. Andre or Essentia Psychological Services Co. A clinical relationship is established only through a formal agreement with Dr. Andre directly, in the context of private one-to-one sessions.

The Nothing Happened™ online course is an educational programme. It provides a clinical framework and psychoeducational content intended to help you understand patterns and experiences associated with relational and developmental trauma. It is not group therapy, and participation does not constitute receiving psychological treatment.
Purchasing the course grants you personal, non-transferable access to the course materials. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute the materials.
Refunds: A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than the first module. After that point, or after 14 days, no refund is available. To request a refund, email dr.andre@essentiapsychology.com.
The Rewired Mind is a structured eight-week group programme. While it involves live group work and draws on therapeutic frameworks, it is not group psychotherapy and does not constitute clinical treatment. Participation is suitable for adults who are psychologically stable and not currently in acute crisis.
Applications are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline or defer an application if we assess that the programme is not suitable for you at this time. In that case, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations: If you cancel more than 14 days before the programme start date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund, but your place may be transferred to a future cohort at our discretion. Once the programme has begun, no refunds are available.
Confidentiality: Group participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants. What is shared within the group stays within the group.
Private sessions with Dr. Andre are governed by a separate client agreement provided at the outset of the therapeutic relationship. That agreement, along with Dr. Andre's professional and ethical obligations, takes precedence over these general terms in all clinical matters.
Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in genuine emergencies. Please refer to your individual client agreement for the full cancellation policy.

Any disputes arising from the use of this site or participation in programmes offered through it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
